RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you are completely satisfied with your THE DREAMERIE swimwear purchase. Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from purchase. Send and email to thedreamerie.swimwear@gmail.com specifying the problem/refund/exchange you want to proceed with.
• Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• All products must have all tags attached and any hygiene seals still attached.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• All sales items are final - This includes flash sales.
• Sale items may not be exchanged.
• Refund and exchange shipping costs are on the customer.
• We may refuse to exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.
• Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse.
• Please obtain proof of postage with a reference/tracking number from the Post Office. We cannot issue a refund on goods that don’t arrive.
